Organizational Capacity Development

Through a comprehensive model of Organizational Capacity Development, PPI invests in its partners and stakeholders with capacity building grants, training and providing technical support that enables organizational development, growth and peer-to-peer learning. With 65 partners on board, we have facilitated some with organizational development plans and their implementation, trainings on governance and management,  walk along side with technical support and mentorship, facilitated enhancing their  networking and coordination within local organizations and outside with stakeholders actively engaged in development work, provided direction and support with  government compliances,  encouraged and extended facilitation in diversifying their resource-base including CSR opportunities, etc.

Trainings and Workshops, as an immediate response to constantly arising and changing needs of adult learners and professionals have remained the critical component of our Organizational Capacity Development Program. Our approach on identifying training needs goes beyond conventional patterns yet we believe in blending the mix of what has worked well in the past and what is trending, thus ensuring our training program equip our partners’ and stakeholders with necessary skills to perform their work as per the mandate of their organization.

Organizational Due Diligence, as a practice to develop mutual understanding informs us and our partners on the gaps, discrepancies and strengths of their organizational systems and governance structures and how we together can work on improving the areas of need.
