Humanitarian Assistance

Humanitarian Assistance

Pakistan Partnership Initiative is all about collaboration and partnership, meant to develop and strengthen local capacities. Our tailored humanitarian assistance program, designed to equip, develop and strengthen local Christian organizations in well-coordinated and effective assistance meeting International Humanitarian standards. Church as a local institute with strongly rooted and connected with the local communities has the central role to play during any crisis’s situation and PPI’s Humanitarian Assistance Programs works towards the fact.  Our efforts consist on:

Developing Humanitarian Capacities – We make an attempt that our local partners would know national International standard policies and procedures to effectively carry out the noble work they have taken in their hands.

Collaboration and due Coordination – The core of our humanitarian assistance and we make sure that these essentials don’t go unattended. PPI plays an active role of a collaborator as well as a facilitator and coordinator of humanitarian efforts being launched by the Christian Humanitarian sector through regular coordination meeting, 4W matrix, releasing collective response updates and situation report. Our Regional Christian Humanitarian Network in South Punjab is the outcome of our dedication towards coordinated response efforts and mechanisms. We are on our way to establishing it across Pakistan.

Prayer – We believe, its our prior responsibility to offer concerted prayers for the world, our beloved country Pakistan and its people in this critical situation.

Care – We believe, we are God’s people, chosen to care for His creation and to be the source of blessing and hope for our country and its people in any crisis’s situation.

Share – We believe in the sharing of resources and energies to help those who are affected by the covid-19 crises in Pakistan. Together we can and together we will fight all the crises.

Fair – We believe in fair distribution of response resources based upon three main pillars of our humanitarian assistance theology: 1. Impartiality, 2, Neutrality and 3. Accountability.
